Our history
Dulces San Francisco is a family owned and operated business. We have been making our products for three generations; first our grandparents, then our parents and now it is our turn to continue with the family tradition.
We make fried “roscos” and Christmas sweets and pastries, all of them elaborated with high-quality ingredients. This allows us to have a production of exceptional quality. In fact, our Christmas products, such as “marquesitas”, almond pastries, hand-made marzipan, “empiñonados”, egg-yolked marzipan pasties, etc have a supreme quality.
The production process is the same our grandparents used, but it has been adapted to modern times and methods, and this has even improved the process.
